Sony STR-DH740 7.2 Channel 4K AV Receiver (Black)

This receiver looks very plain and the LED is not exactly sleek. Not the point. This device does everything that high-end device does. I am always looking towards the future when I buy electronics. 7.1 is the future of home theater, this does 7.2 plus 4K (also the future of TV/movies). The sound distribution is fantastic when paired with a Blu-Ray player. You don't really experience it when watching TV, but oh does it shine in movies. So clear and crisp, you experience a new dimension when you hook up your 7 speakers. Additionally, if you fall asleep while watching a movie, the receiver automatically shuts off, which is nice. The installation took a little longer than anticipated, but lets be frank, when you deal with electronics in general, it usually takes longer than you were thinking.
